Return and Refund Policy

Returns
• Return period: We accept returns within 7 business days from the delivery date of the product.
• Conditions: For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no additional damage, and in its original packaging.
• Exceptions: Since we sell vintage items, some pieces may show natural signs of wear. We encourage you to carefully read the detailed descriptions and view the photos of the product before making a purchase. Pieces with visible damage or specific wear will be clearly indicated in the product description and are not eligible for return.
Refunds
• Refund process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was an error in shipping.
Non-returnable Items
• Customized, altered, or non-resellable items due to their nature are not eligible for return.
• If the item has been used or damaged by the customer, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Problematic Products
• If the product arrives damaged or with defects not specified in the description, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs and offer either a refund or replacement, based on your preference.
